1. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of our chocolates, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed orders.
2. Courier Risk
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the courier service. While we package all orders with great care, Haus of Chocolat is not responsible for delays, damages, or mishandling during transit.
If you experience issues related to delivery, we recommend contacting the courier company directly: The Courier Guy.
3. Heat & Melting
Chocolate is highly sensitive to temperature and may melt during transit, particularly in warmer climates.
We take precautions such as including ice packs where necessary; however, we cannot guarantee that melting will not occur.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or replacements for melted products.
4. Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality and freshness of our chocolates. If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or compromised due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
