Storage Guidelines

Our chocolates are handcrafted in small batches without added preservatives to ensure the finest flavour and quality.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (below 22°C). During warmer months, refrigeration is recommended. If refrigerated, allow the chocolate to return to room temperature before enjoying.

For the best flavour and texture, consume within 4 weeks of purchase.

Shipping Information

We carefully package every order to ensure your chocolates arrive in the same beautiful condition in which they leave our kitchen.

During warmer months, an ice pack is included with your order at no additional cost to help protect your chocolates during transit. However, once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we cannot control the temperatures or handling conditions during delivery.

Please note: As chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product, slight softening or melting caused by weather, transit conditions or courier handling is not considered a product defect and does not qualify for a refund, replacement or exchange.
